Need to understand both front end and back end development in order to build out new features as this is a smaller team. As close to 50/50 as possible or more skewed towards backend. Will be doing full end to end development: gathering the requirements, designing the solution, developing the solution, testing the solution, and getting it ready for production.Must Haves:

• REACT
• JAVA OR PYTHON OR GO OR RUST
• DEVOPS Methodologies
• Production Experience
