Our client, a leader in innovative energy solutions, is seeking a Staff Electrical Engineer, NPI to join their team. As a Staff Electrical Engineer, NPI, you will be part of the engineering department supporting cutting-edge new product introductions. • Manage new NPI project transfers to Bloom Manufacturing and contract manufacturers.
• Communicate clearly and professionally within the team and with external vendors.
• Develop interconnect wiring diagrams/schematics, wire harness drawings, and test procedures.
• Lead the electrical team in failure analysis of electrical components and implement preventative or corrective actions.
• Train manufacturing personnel on test processes, test equipment, and test software.What's Needed?
  • 6-7+ years of experience in Electrical Engineering or New Product Introduction.
  • Experience developing schematics and wire harness CAD (using AutoCAD).
  • Hands-on experience testing and troubleshooting high power, high voltage equipment in a laboratory environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.What's in it for me?
