Proactively monitor, run diagnosis, and provide resolution of
issues in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
cloud environments.
Analyze failures, follow Incident Management procedures, and
provide support for software engineers to debug production issues
across microservices and distributed platforms.
