Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Business Analyst to join their
People Insights team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design products and
insights that drive decision-making
Conduct analyses and support initiatives to uncover data-driven
people insights
Build automated processes and products to scale insights from
people data
Required Qualifications
Experience working with people data in an applied setting
Ability to translate data into usable products or solutions
Understanding of data architecture best practices in the people
domain
Knowledge of Python or R, and proficiency in SQL queries
Proficiency with visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
