This position will be focused on performing pre-release application testing and various coding tasks under the direction of our Senior Engineers. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable working with both technical and non-technical people. Most all of our systems have been developed in-house and are based on the Microsoft technology stack. This position will bridge the gap between our developers and clinical staff, and be a technical project leader.Responsibilities:

• Manage various projects and coordinate between technical staff and clinical staff
• Determine and assist in development of improvements to processes and application functionality
• Develop a thorough understanding of the UI, reports, and features of our in-house developed applications
• Assist Technical Leads with various documentation, testing, and bug fixesQualifications:
  • Associates Degree with at least 5 years' experience working as part of a technical team
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack
  • Proven project management experience preferably in a clinical settingPreferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Biology or Chemistry
    • Familiarity with clinical laboratory processes and regulations
    • Experience producing technical documentation
    • Healthcare industry experience
    • Experience using HL7Compensation:
      • $80,000
