Job Description:
A company is looking for a part-time Transaction Coordinator to
manage settlement processes for property acquisitions and
dispositions.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely processing of acquisitions to facilitate quick market
listings
Act as a representative for customers throughout the settlement
process
Manage relationships with title companies and assist with property
marketing efforts
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
High School Degree (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
